Multiplication Drill Down!
Multiplication Hip Hop is a great tool to help practice the multiplication table. The CD is set up so that each multiplication fact ( 1-12 ) is a separate track on the cd. You can teach or practice each multiplication lesson at your own pace and review them at anytime with the press of a button. On every multiplication song the times table is reviewed 4 times. The first 2 repetitions cover each multiplication fact along with the answer. Groove along to the One Tables for an example. The 3rd has a multiplication test, where the answer is left blank and the fourth is a final review of the multiplication table. we have two boys ages 9 and 11. Multiplication Hip Hop had a funky beat that caught their attention right off. Before you knew it they were off rapping to the multiplication tables. I bought this CD for my daughter who is 10 years old and having problems with memorizing her multiplication tables. She loves the music and listens to Multiplication Hip Hop in her room while she dances to the beat! She doesn't realize she's even learning she just thinks she's having fun!

My 7-year old loves math and loves music, so this CD was a no-brainer. We crank it up for the 1's, 2's, 3's, 5's and 10's ALL the time in the car and he yells out the answers. Even my 4-year old daughter yells out the answers to the 1's. Thanks for making such a FUN CD, we love Multiplication Hip Hop and recommend it all the time.

This CD is just made for the child who is bored silly with flash cards but learns easily when those same facts are set to catchy music. Unlike other educational tapes and CDs, this one sounds "cool" enough for my child 9 to *want* to listen--she even puts Multiplication Hip Hop on for friends. Others we've bought sounded too "preschool" for her big-girl tastes.

Apparently children are not made to memorize the multiplication tables today and, as a result, are having difficulty with math. Memorization is not fun but music is. This is great tool for kids who love music but not math. Multiplication Hip Hop is an easy effective way for them to learn and keep up with the "really good" math students. Hooray, they become really good math students too!

If I am correct, I think I heard of you on NPR awhile ago and wrote down a name and promptly lost it. Yesterday in my local paper there was an article on your CD. I was estatic. My son needs an alternative style to learning so I think this will be great. Thanks to all of you for stepping out of the box and understanding that traditional is not always best

We read about Multiplication Hip Hop in the Washington Post. Since my daughter will be starting multiplication tables when she enters third grade in the fall, we thought this CD would be a terrific, non-stressful way to introduce multiplication concepts. We were right! She loves Multiplication Hip Hop and my younger twin boys have been hipping and hopping to the music too. They're all on the multiplication kick now. Thank you!

As an elementary school teacher, I think this product has a lot going for it. The music itself is fun, catchy, and enjoyable to listen and move to! The idea to incorporate the multiplication tables into the hip-hop genre was a good one. I expect this CD will be a hit in my class this fall. I plan to use it to help my students learn their facts! I also think the cover art is superb!

I ordered this CD after reading about it in the Washington Post. My three boys (ages 10, 9, and 4) love listening to the multiplication rap CD. I am amazed to hear my four year old son repeating the lyrics absent-mindedly. I think this is a great tool for teaching kids math. I know the other teachers in the school where I teach will use Multiplication Hip Hop.
